About Us

We are two senior Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs currently enrolled in a CRNA program) who previously worked in high-acuity ICU settings and recently navigated the CRNA school application and interview process ourselves.

We created this service to support ICU nurses who are preparing to apply to CRNA programs and want structured, realistic guidance during a demanding and often stressful stage of their careers. Having gone through the process firsthand, we understand the uncertainty around resumes, interviews, and how to clearly communicate ICU experience in a way that reflects readiness for advanced practice.

Our approach is professional, ethical, and straightforward. We focus on helping applicants present their experience clearly, prepare thoughtfully for interviews, and approach the application process with confidence and realistic expectations. We do not offer shortcuts, guarantees, or insider admissions promises, only honest feedback and individualized preparation based on recent experience.

We intentionally limit the number of clients we work with to ensure each applicant receives focused attention and meaningful feedback. Our goal is to help ICU nurses feel prepared, confident, and professional as they take the next step toward nurse anesthesia training. Our goal is to help applicants show up prepared, professional, and confident.
