This service is designed for ICU nurses preparing to apply to CRNA programs and SRNAs preparing for interviews or early job searches. If you’re looking for structured, honest feedback on your resume or interview preparation, this is for you.
Do you guarantee interviews or acceptance?
No. We do not guarantee interview offers or program acceptance. Our goal is to help you prepare professionally and confidently for the application and interview process, but admissions decisions are made solely by CRNA programs.
What does a typical session look like?
After you book, you’ll complete a short intake form so we understand your goals. Sessions are conducted 1:1 over Zoom and focus on practical feedback, interview strategy, and clear next steps you can apply immediately.
How long are sessions?
Most interview prep sessions last 60–90 minutes. Resume/CV reviews are completed asynchronously with written feedback provided within an agreed timeframe.
Can you review my resume or CV before the session?
Yes. You’ll have the option to upload your resume or CV ahead of time so we can provide more focused, personalized feedback during your session.
Are you affiliated with any CRNA programs?
No. We are not affiliated with any CRNA programs and do not influence admissions decisions. We provide independent coaching based on recent, firsthand experience navigating the application process.
